Deep Blue

dblue.it
About our partner

Deep Blue is a research and consultancy company operating on a European scale, specialised in human factors, safety, validation, and scientific dissemination of technological and research outcomes.  We provide expertise to organisations operating in safety-critical sectors and contexts with high security, dependability, and resilience requirements such as transport, healthcare, ICT, and manufacturing. Our main activities include the analysis and evaluation of human role in complex systems, with particular focus on the interactions, integration, and allocation of functions between humans, procedures, and equipment. Based on our ongoing research activities, we also design and deliver customised training courses tailored to organisational needs.

About the role in the CO-VERSATILE project:

Deep Blue will provide the training methodology for task 3.1 and collect user and operational requirements. This will be done based on data collected with a structured task analysis, interviews with relevant workforce profiles, and the analysis of the data available at the human resources and training departments of the factories involved in the case studies.
We are responsible for two deliverables within WP3 Training, Coaching and Mentoring:
•    D3.1 Standard Training Development package
•    D3.3 Skills Transformation Map
